I really enjoyed my interview with John Levisay, CEO of Craftsy. He’s both understated and enthusiastic. My objective for the interview was to gain an understanding of how Craftsy develops products and approaches its customers so that tens of thousands of dedicated customers happily pay for Craftsy lessons when YouTube offers lots of options for free. I’m confident that I learned that answer in this interview, and that anyone wanting make a business of delivering content of value can learn a lot from this conversation.
