I loved this interview with Allison Kinsley and Megan Meyers because it takes place in the midst of the COVID-19 “corporate meetings shut down.”  Basically, meeting planners have 4 options:  1) quit, 2) lay off their teams and wait things out, 3) reluctantly make and minimize changes, 4) EMBRACE CHANGE AND ADAPT.  Regardless of your business, this is a great story of embracing change and adapting to a new normal, new technology, and new ways to do business entirely.
