- I met Jamie Repenning when he was CEO of Floyd’s 99 Barbershop and we did Episode 68 together, “Floyd’s 99 Adapting Style.” That’s why when he reached out to me about a new concept he was launching, I was eager to listen – and FASCINATED with the concept of creating an entire barbershop brand focused on employing the formerly incarcerated. We agreed that I’d help him launch R&R Head Labs with a LIVE audience event at the grand opening. This is an inspiring episode and I’m proud to have hosted it.
