I originally was intrigued to interview Greg, and his partner Anton Lipkanou because while DELVE is located in Boulder, the team is equally situation in Eastern Europe. I wanted to explore how that works and we do talk about managing culture across a remote team and international differences.  I also learned a lot about how what DELVE calls “heavy ad tech” is used to find its customers’ “superfans” – those worth investing in – AND the opposite: the customers which should be avoided!
